I almost thought about the Lobster and Shrimp Linguine, but that would have meant I'd order all three of the pasta dishes. I also wanted to try something from the seafood menu. I wanted to try the best of both worlds, and I was glad they offered lighter portions of both, so I was sold on getting both. Instead, I had my eyes set on a couple of pasta dishes: Jerk Chicken Pasta and Jerk Shrimp Pasta. Had I come during the summer, I would have certainly tried a pina colada or even a bahamarita, but alas, that will have to wait another day. Even though California's weather more resembles the Bahamas than that of Washington state, there are no locations in California, but there's only one location in all of Washington state: this one at Westfield Southcenter, just steps away from where the 5 meets the 405 on the south side of Lake Washington! As a matter of fact, there are only two locations west of the Mississippi the other is in Las Vegas.
